What half an hour with us actually looks like.

There is no slide deck. The session is a live screen share of Accupe, driven by the parts of it that match your firm: how a recurring job template turns a compliance deadline into a task list that carries forward, what the Smart Board looks like when four people are working the same week, and what your clients see when they log into the portal with a client code and a PIN.

Bring a real example. The quickest way to find out whether Accupe fits is to walk one of your own jobs through it end to end, from the client record and its deadline, through time capture and job profitability, to the invoice and the signed engagement letter. If something you rely on is missing, you will hear it in the demo rather than discover it three weeks into a trial.

The region matters, so we set it before we start. UK firms see Companies House data on the client record, officer and confirmation statement dates, billing in GBP and meeting times in Europe/London. UAE firms see trade licence category, free-zone authority, emirate, TRN and licence expiry, billing in AED, and times in Asia/Dubai. The AI assistant is briefed differently for each, on HMRC and Companies House for one and on the FTA, Corporate Tax and free-zone rules for the other.

Pick any slot above. Sessions run 30 minutes, and the moment you confirm you get a calendar invite by email plus an .ics file you can download straight into Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar.

Questions worth asking, answered up front.

Ask us anything on the call, but you should not have to sit through a demo to learn what a product does not do. Here are the answers we would give you anyway.

Does Accupe file returns for us?

No, and it is not MTD-recognised software. You keep submitting to HMRC or the FTA exactly as you do today. What changes is that the deadline, the working papers, the client approval and the signed engagement letter stop living in four different places.

Is there AML screening built in?

No. Accupe handles identity and document verification with a full review trail, but it does not run sanctions, PEP or adverse-media checks and it does not replace your AML obligations. Your existing screening provider stays where it is.

How long until we are actually using it?

Most firms import their client list and run a real job through Accupe inside a fortnight. The import, the branded portal setup and a walkthrough for your team come with every plan rather than being priced as an onboarding project.

What will it cost our firm?

Solo is £20 a month, Growth £55 and Elite £185, with roughly 17% off when you pay annually and AED pricing for UAE firms. Card payments run through Stripe: Accupe adds no platform fee of its own, though Stripe still charges its processing fee.

What does it connect to?

Xero and Zoho Books for the ledger, Stripe for card payments, and Companies House for UK statutory data. QuickBooks and Sage are still in development and are labelled that way everywhere they appear in the product.

Where does our client data sit?

Encrypted at rest, with row-level security so a firm can only ever read its own records, and an audit log of access events. Two-factor authentication is on every plan. Single sign-on and exportable audit logs are on Elite.
