ACCUPE PRACTICE

Everything your firm does
between winning a client and getting paid.

One client record carries the Companies House deadlines, the recurring jobs and their checklists, the hours logged against them, the portal your client logs into, the documents they signed, and the invoice at the end of it. Built for UK and UAE practices.

14-day free trial. No credit card required.

Take on a client, and their deadlines arrive with them

Search Companies House and pull the company, its officers, its PSCs and its statutory filing dates straight onto the client record. UAE firms capture trade licence, free-zone authority, emirate and TRN instead. From then on a daily check re-reads Companies House and logs an event when a director resigns, an address changes or a filing date moves, so year-two dates never sit stale on the file.

Companies House import: officers, PSCs, SIC codes and filing dates
Daily re-check for director, PSC, address, name and deadline changes
Identity and document verification with a review queue and expiry alerts
Every verification review recorded with who approved it and when
Compliance Radar: red, amber or green on every client in one list
Append-only, hash-chained audit log of who saw and changed what

To be exact about the boundary: Accupe does identity and document verification with a full review trail. It does not run sanctions, PEP or adverse-media screening and is not a substitute for your AML obligations, so keep your existing screening provider alongside it.

Time captured where the work is, not at 6pm on Friday

Start a timer on the job or the task already open in front of you, or type the minutes onto the timesheet afterwards. Entries move through logged, submitted, approved and billed, so a manager signs off before anything reaches a client, and the same hour is never billed twice.

Timers on jobs and tasks, plus manual entry to the minute
Timesheets by person, by job and by week
Approval flow: logged, submitted, approved, billed
Per-job profitability: the fee set against hours logged at each staff cost rate
Utilisation across the team, so quoting the next job is not guesswork

The client side of the work, under your brand

Every client gets their own portal, isolated at the database level so one client can never see another. Documents, messages, the tasks you need from them and their signature history all sit in it, under your logo and colours. They sign in with a client code and a PIN, and anyone can drop files into a secure deposit box without logging in at all.

A private portal per client, with your logo and colours on it
Documents, messages, open tasks and past signatures in one place
Client code and PIN sign-in, with rate limiting on failed attempts
A no-login deposit box for clients dropping off paperwork
E-signature fields per signer: signature, initials, date, text and checkbox
Signing order, chasing reminders, an expiry date, and decline with a reason
A completion certificate carrying a SHA-256 hash, with a public verification page

Client uploads to the portal and e-signatures sit on the paid plans, and a custom domain with white-labelled client emails is an Elite feature. The pricing page spells out which is which.

A tax invoice that stands up, and a link that gets it paid

Build the invoice from real line items: description, quantity, rate and a VAT rate on each line, at 20%, 5% or 0% depending on your region. The maths runs in integers from end to end, so the total the client sees is the total that was stored, to the penny or the fils. Your VAT number or UAE TRN prints on the document, and the client pays by card through a Stripe link.

Line items with quantity, rate and per-line VAT, priced in exact integer arithmetic
Your firm VAT number, or your 15-digit UAE TRN, printed on the invoice
Card payment through a Stripe link, with 0% Accupe platform fee (Stripe still charges its processing fee)
Raise one from a completed job, import a spreadsheet, or pull invoices from Xero and Zoho Books
Live tracker: collected, outstanding, overdue, and the percentage in

This is billing, not bookkeeping. Accupe raises, sends and chases the invoice; Xero and Zoho Books stay the system of record for your numbers. Connect either one and you can pull their invoices in, and push completed jobs across to them as draft invoices.

Accupe does not file returns to HMRC or the FTA. It is the practice-management layer above whatever you file with, so you submit exactly as you do now, with the deadline, the working papers, the client approval and the signed letter tracked in one place.
