Control you can hand to a reviewer.
At a certain size the question stops being whether the work gets done. It becomes whether you can show who did it, who approved it and who was able to see it, without spending a fortnight assembling the answer.
Elite is £185 a month: unlimited team members, unlimited storage, priority support.
Three things that get harder with every extra person.
Access sprawls, evidence scatters, and the client experience stops being yours. These are the three the product is built to hold.
Permissions set per person
Five roles and fourteen individual permissions sit behind them: view financial reports, approve a KYC verification, define firm compliance requirements, send signature requests, delete a client, export firm data, read the audit log, manage API keys. An explicit grant on a person overrides the role default, so the one senior who needs financials does not need to be made an admin.
An audit trail that cannot be quietly edited
Compliance events are written to an append-only log where each entry carries the hash of the one before it. Alter or remove a row and every later hash stops matching. A job re-verifies the whole chain weekly, and admins can export the log as a PDF for a reviewer.
Your brand, your domain
On Elite the client portal runs on your own domain with your logo and colours, and portal emails go out under your brand rather than ours, with a small "Powered by Accupe" line in the footer.
The boring guarantees, in writing.
- Isolation enforced at the database, not the UIRow-level security means a firm can only ever read its own records, and a portal client can only ever read their own. It holds even if a query is written wrong, because the rule lives below the query.
- Two-factor authentication on every planAuthenticator-app enrolment with single-use recovery codes, available to every user on every tier rather than sold as an upgrade.
- An API and webhooks for the systems you already runREST endpoints for clients, jobs, tasks, invoices and signature requests, authenticated with per-key scopes, a per-key rate limit and one-click revocation. Outbound webhooks are signed with HMAC-SHA256 so your receiver can verify them.
- Your data leaves as easily as it arrivedA full firm data export, gated behind its own permission so not everyone can pull it, plus a portability pack for a single data subject under UK GDPR Article 20 or UAE PDPL Article 15.
- Statutory dates that refresh themselvesA daily job re-reads Companies House for every watched client: director and PSC changes, and the filing dates that move without telling anyone.

Each row stores the hash of the row before it. Change one and every hash after it stops matching. Illustrative entries, not a real firm.
Where Accupe stops.
Accupe does not run sanctions, PEP or adverse-media screening, and it is not a substitute for your AML obligations. What it does is identity and document verification with a review queue, expiry alerts, evidence filed against a named director and a full audit trail. Keep your screening provider and let Accupe hold the evidence.
It also does not file returns to HMRC or the FTA, and it is not MTD-recognised software. It is the layer above your filing tools, which is why a switch does not disturb the filing process your team already trusts.
A migration you can scope
Client import, branded portal setup and a walkthrough for your team come with the plan rather than as a separate onboarding package, and Elite adds priority support and a dedicated account manager.
