Services include project tracking, compliance management, client collaboration tools, property asset intelligence, and tenant management portals. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain all rights to the data you upload to Accupe, including client records, property asset details, tenant information, and institutional financial data. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to provide any data you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accupe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the last 12 months.
