Inviting a client to the portal
Give your clients secure, branded access to their documents and job progress.
How to send a portal invitation
- Open the client's profile from Clients.
- Click Invite to Portal.
- Confirm their email address.
- Click Send Invitation.
What your client receives
They get an email with a branded invitation. Clicking the link takes them to a registration page where they set a password. Once registered, they can:
- View shared documents
- Check job progress and milestones
- Upload requested files
- Communicate via the secure message thread
Managing portal access
You can revoke portal access at any time from the client's profile. Click the three-dot menu and select Revoke Portal Access.
Branding: The portal displays your firm logo and colours. Set these up in Settings > Firm Profile.
