Previewing and downloading files
Accupe supports in-browser preview for common document types.
Previewing files
Click the eye icon in the Actions column to preview a file. Supported preview formats include:
- PDF — opens in the browser's built-in viewer
- Images (PNG, JPG, GIF) — displays inline
- Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) — opens via Microsoft Office Online viewer
Downloading files
Click the download icon in the Actions column. The file is downloaded to your computer via a secure, time-limited signed URL.
Deleting files
Click the trash icon to delete a file. You will be asked to confirm before the file is permanently removed from both the database and storage.
Security: All file transfers use encrypted signed URLs that expire after one hour. Files are stored with AES-256 encryption at rest.
