Getting started with AI Chat
Accupe includes a powerful AI assistant that understands your documents and helps you work faster.
Accessing AI Chat
Click AI Chat in the sidebar, or use the floating AI button available on most dashboard pages.
What you can do
- Ask questions about your clients, jobs, or documents in plain English.
- Analyse documents by uploading PDFs, spreadsheets, or images directly into a chat session.
- Summarise long documents to get key points in seconds.
- Draft responses for client communications.
- Get compliance guidance based on your region (UK or UAE).
Chat sessions
Each conversation is saved as a separate chat session. You can:
- Create new sessions for different topics.
- Rename sessions for easy reference.
- Delete sessions you no longer need.
Document context
Documents uploaded in a chat session are scoped to that session. This means each conversation stays focused on the relevant files without mixing content from other chats.
Privacy: Your data is processed securely. Documents are not shared across firms or used to train external models.
