Managing chat sessions

Keep your AI conversations organised with separate chat sessions.

Creating a new session

Click the New Chat button at the top of the AI Chat sidebar. Each new session starts fresh with no prior context.

Renaming sessions

  1. Hover over a session in the sidebar.
  2. Click the edit icon.
  3. Type a descriptive name (e.g. "Smith Ltd Tax Review 2026").
  4. Press Enter to save.

Deleting sessions

  1. Hover over a session in the sidebar.
  2. Click the delete icon.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Deleting a session removes all messages and uploaded documents associated with it. This action cannot be undone.

Session history

Your chat sessions are saved automatically. You can return to any previous session to review the conversation and re-download documents.

Tip: Create a new session for each client engagement to keep your AI interactions tidy and searchable.
