Cancelling your subscription
We are sorry to see you go. Here is how cancellation works.
How to cancel
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm your cancellation.
What happens next
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- After that, your account reverts to the free tier.
- Your data is preserved for 90 days in case you decide to return.
- After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.
Reactivating
To reactivate, simply choose a new plan from Settings > Billing. If you are within the 90-day window, all your data will be restored automatically.
