Updating your payment method
Keep your payment details current to avoid service interruptions.
How to update
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Manage Payment Method.
- You will be redirected to a secure Stripe page.
- Enter your new card details.
- Click Save.
Supported payment methods
Accupe accepts:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will retry automatically over the next few days. You will receive an email notification. If the payment continues to fail, your account may be restricted until the balance is settled.
Security: We never store your card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
