Understanding your invoice
Accupe invoices are generated automatically by Stripe and sent to the email address on file.
Invoice breakdown
Each invoice includes:
- Plan name and billing period
- Unit price for your selected tier
- Discounts if a promotional code is applied
- VAT calculated based on your billing address
- Total amount charged
Accessing past invoices
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Scroll down to Billing History.
- Click any invoice to download a PDF.
Updating billing email
To change where invoices are sent, update your email in Settings > Billing > Billing Email.
VAT registered firms: If you need a VAT invoice with your registration number included, contact support and we will update your Stripe customer record.
