Upgrading your subscription
You can upgrade your Accupe plan at any time. The change takes effect immediately and you are only charged the pro-rated difference.
How to upgrade
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Change Plan.
- Select your new tier (Solo, Growth, or Elite).
- Choose monthly or annual billing.
- Confirm the upgrade.
What changes
When you upgrade:
- New feature limits apply instantly (more clients, team seats, storage).
- Your billing cycle stays the same.
- You receive a confirmation email with your updated invoice.
Downgrading
To downgrade, follow the same steps and select a lower tier. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period to avoid disruption.
Promotional codes: If you have a promo code, you can apply it during checkout. Contact support if you need to apply a code to an existing subscription.
