Upgrading your subscription

You can upgrade your Accupe plan at any time. The change takes effect immediately and you are only charged the pro-rated difference.

How to upgrade

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. Select your new tier (Solo, Growth, or Elite).
  4. Choose monthly or annual billing.
  5. Confirm the upgrade.

What changes

When you upgrade:

  • New feature limits apply instantly (more clients, team seats, storage).
  • Your billing cycle stays the same.
  • You receive a confirmation email with your updated invoice.

Downgrading

To downgrade, follow the same steps and select a lower tier. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period to avoid disruption.

Promotional codes: If you have a promo code, you can apply it during checkout. Contact support if you need to apply a code to an existing subscription.
