Subscribing to your calendar in Apple, Google, or Outlook
Your firm's job deadlines can be pulled into whatever calendar app you already use, so they show up alongside client meetings and everything else on your schedule. This works through a subscribe link (an ICS feed) rather than a one-off export, so once it's set up, new and changed deadlines keep appearing automatically.
Step 1: Copy the subscribe URL
- Go to Practice > Calendar (/dashboard/calendar).
- Scroll below the month grid to the panel headed "Subscribe in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook".
- Click Copy subscribe URL.
- You'll see the button briefly relabel itself "Copied", and a confirmation toast appears with the heading "Calendar URL copied" and the detail "Paste into Apple/Google/Outlook to subscribe."
If your browser blocks the copy for some reason, a toast reading "Could not copy. Long-press the URL instead." appears.
Note: The Copy subscribe URL button and the panel around it only appear once your firm's calendar feed link exists. There's no separate settings screen to view, copy, or regenerate this link, and no on-page explanation if it's missing, so if you go to the Calendar page and don't see the subscribe panel at all, contact Accupe support rather than assuming it's broken.
Step 2: Add it to your calendar app
Paste the URL you copied as a subscription, not a one-time import, so it keeps refreshing.
The calendar that appears in your app is named after your firm, for example "Your Firm Name - Deadlines".
What you'll see, and what you won't
Every event is an all-day entry for a job, using the same region-shifted due date logic as the in-app calendar, with a short description showing the job's status and category, and a reminder alarm set for seven days before the deadline.
Note: The subscribed feed only includes job deadlines, not tasks. Task deadlines don't sync to Apple/Google/Outlook, so keep using the in-app Calendar page if you need task-level deadlines as well. Clicking through from an event in your calendar app also takes you to the general Jobs list, not the specific job, since the feed doesn't link to individual records.
Keeping it up to date
Your calendar app refreshes the subscription on its own schedule, and Accupe's side of the feed updates at most every 30 minutes, so don't expect a due date change to appear in Apple, Google, or Outlook instantly. If your calendar app ever reports it can't load the feed, check that you copied the full URL, including the token at the end, since an incomplete or missing token returns an error instead of calendar data.
Tip: The seven-day reminder is baked into every event by Accupe, so you don't need to set up your own alert in Apple, Google, or Outlook. It fires automatically once you're subscribed.
