Creating your Accupe account

Accupe supports three ways to sign up, depending on who you are: setting up a brand new firm workspace, joining an existing firm as a client, or accepting a team invitation. If you follow a general sign up link you will land straight in the firm workspace flow, since self-serve sign up is open to everyone. If you want to see all three options first, click the "Back" link beneath the Accupe logo on the firm sign-up form to return to the chooser screen with three cards: "Create a Workspace", "Join as a Client", and "Join as Team Member".

Setting up a new firm workspace

1. Go to the sign up page and choose "Create a Workspace" (or follow a direct sign up link, which takes you straight here).
2. Enter your Organisation name, for example "Acme Consulting" or "Oakfield Properties".
3. Choose Where is your firm based: United Kingdom (GBP, HMRC, Companies House) or United Arab Emirates (AED, FTA, DED / Free Zone). This sets your currency, tax authority, and compliance templates.
4. Enter your Full name, Email address, and a Password (at least 10 characters).
5. Click Start Free Trial.

You will see a green banner confirming this starts a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and that you can upgrade at any time from your dashboard.

Region: UK or UAE

You choose your region on the sign-up form, but that only records your preference. The region is actually written to your firm's record, and locked, during the onboarding wizard that follows: either as soon as you move past the wizard's Region step, or at the latest when you click Launch Dashboard on the final step. From that point it cannot be changed directly by you or your team. To change region afterwards, you (or your firm's account owner) need to email support@accupe.com with the account's email address, company name, and a reason for the change. Region affects currency, compliance templates, AI routing, and historical data, so switching it requires a short migration review by the Accupe team rather than a self-service toggle.

Joining as a client

If your accountant or firm has invited you to their client portal, choose "Join as a Client" and enter the Client Code they gave you. Client codes look like CLT-B9X4WY. You will also need to sign up with the same email address the code was issued to, since Accupe checks that the code and email match before letting you in.

Joining as a team member

Team member accounts cannot be created cold. You need an invitation link from your workspace administrator. Opening that link takes you to "Accept your invitation". If the invite carried your email address, that field, and your name if the invite included it, are pre-filled and locked, so you only need to set a password. If you're completing a short invite code instead, you may also need to enter your name and email before setting a password.

What happens after you submit the form

• If email confirmation is required, you will see a "Check your email" screen. Click the verification link sent to your inbox to activate your account, then return to log in.
• If your session starts immediately, you are taken straight to your dashboard (or to the client portal, for client sign ups). New firm workspace owners land on the onboarding wizard first.

Choosing a plan

Accupe has three subscription tiers. All new firm workspaces start on a 14-day free trial (equivalent to Solo features) unless you choose to subscribe immediately.

Note: Region is locked as soon as it's first written to your firm record, which happens in the onboarding wizard rather than on the sign-up form itself. If you picked the wrong region, don't try to work around it yourself, email support@accupe.com and the team will help you migrate safely.
