Navigating your dashboard
Once you're through onboarding, Accupe's dashboard uses a sidebar on the left for navigation and a main content area on the right. What you see in the sidebar depends on your role: internal team members (staff, managers, and admins) get the full practice navigation described below, while clients logging into the client portal see a much shorter menu covering only their own documents, tasks, messages, and e-signatures.

Sidebar footer
At the top of the sidebar is your firm's icon and name (or "Workspace" if no name is set yet), with your plan name underneath, for example "Growth Plan" or "Elite Plan" (this is blank on Solo). If you have a timer running against a client or internal work, an Active Timer panel appears above the footer showing the client name, elapsed time, and a Stop button. A single Log Out button sits at the very bottom.
Client portal navigation
If you're logging in as a client rather than a member of the firm, your sidebar is much shorter, grouped as:
My Space: Workspace Home, Documents
Services: Task Status, Messages, eSign History
Documents, Messages, and eSign History only disappear if your firm has explicitly switched them off for you; if your firm hasn't touched those settings, they show by default.
Note: Plain staff accounts (not admins or managers) don't currently have a personal account or settings link in the sidebar. If you need to manage your own security settings, ask your firm's admin.
