Choosing a plan: Solo, Growth, or Elite

Accupe offers three subscription tiers: Solo, Growth, and Elite. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can try the full product before committing.

Where to compare plans

Go to Settings, then Billing & Subscription. This page is only visible to firm administrators; if you're not an admin, you'll see an "Access Restricted" message instead.
Use the Monthly/Yearly toggle at the top of the page to switch how prices are displayed.
Scroll down to the "Compare Plans" table to see every feature side by side.

Plan pricing

For UK firms, prices are shown in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT.

UAE firms are billed in AED rather than GBP. Which currency you're charged is determined automatically from your firm's billing region, you don't choose it at checkout. For reference, the approximate AED equivalents are Solo AED 95/mo (AED 950/yr), Growth AED 260/mo (AED 2,600/yr), and Elite AED 850/mo (AED 8,500/yr); these are indicative only, since the exact amount is whatever Stripe's AED-denominated price for your plan charges. Note that the Billing & Subscription page itself always displays prices in pounds, even for UAE firms, there's no in-app toggle that switches the displayed currency; the actual Stripe charge for a UAE firm is in AED regardless of what the page shows.

The underlying AI Assistant model is the same "Advanced" model on both Growth and Elite; Solo uses a more basic model. Elite's real advantages over Growth are OCR, AI modes, storage, team size, and enterprise controls, not a smarter AI.

Why firms upgrade beyond Solo

Room to grow. Unlimited clients and active jobs, five team seats, and 20GB of storage, available from Growth.
Advanced AI. Growth and Elite unlock Accupe's more advanced AI model, built on Mistral Large, for deeper reasoning and email drafting, available from Growth.
Enterprise control. SSO/SAML, full audit logs, a white-labelled client portal, and a dedicated account manager, available from Elite.

Choosing between the three

Solo suits a single practitioner just starting out, with a cap of 50 clients and 25 active jobs.
Growth is Accupe's most popular tier for boutique firms, adding unlimited clients and jobs, advanced AI insights, and bulk e-signatures.
Elite is built for firms that need unlimited team members and storage, a white-label portal on their own domain, SSO, audit logs, and priority support.

Note: Identity verification, verification documents, document expiry tracking, and Compliance Radar are included on every plan, Solo included. Accupe does not run sanctions or PEP screening on any plan; that was withdrawn from the product.
